Hi, I'm Lucy Rees — and I understand exactly what you're going through.
I've been a personal trainer, massage therapist & online fitness & wellness coach for over 16 years, and along the way I noticed something that didn't sit right with me. Women entering peri-menopause and menopause — exhausted, depleted, struggling with changes no one had prepared them for — weren't getting the support they needed. They were being handed the same generic programmes as everyone else, and being told to simply push through.
I knew there had to be a better way.
So I made it my mission to specialise in this stage of life. To learn what women in midlife really need — not what fitness culture thinks they need. To create training and lifestyle plans that work with changing hormones, not against them.
Over my career, I've coached hundreds of women — both face-to-face and online — and helped them rediscover their strength, energy, and confidence. I'd love to do the same for you.
